Конкурс диалогов по теме «Летние каникулы» - HELLO! NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN!

Цели: совершенствование навыков диалогической речи по теме «Каникулы»; актуализация орфографических навыков и навыков аудирования; тренировка лексических навыков.

Оборудование: грамоты для конкурса диалогов.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

— Good morning, boys and girls! (Good morning, Maria Petrovna!)

— I am glad to see you. (We are glad to see you too.)

— How are you? (We are fine, thanks. And how are you?)

— I am fine, thank you. Who is absent today? (All pupils are present.)

— Let’s remember our poem to greet each other. Listen to me, please.

It’s time to say “Hello!” (Hello!)

It’s time to say “Hello!” (Hello!)

It’s time to say “Hello!” (Hello!)

And start our lesson.

II. Фонетическая зарядка

Игра «Рифмующиеся слова»

— All of us like to play different games.

(Учитель называет слова, ученики по очереди подбирают к ним рифму. Назвавший слово получает жетон. Победителем данного конкурса становится учащийся, набравший большее количество жетонов.)

III. Речевая разминка

— Imagine we have a new pupil in our class. We shall ask him different questions about his family, his friends and liis summer holidays. Who wants to be a new pupil?

— Who is ready to ask the first question?

(Учитель предлагает детям представить, будто у них в классе появился новый ученик и им необходимо познакомиться с ним. «Новый» ученик выходит к доске, а остальные задают ему различные вопросы.)

Примерные вопросы учащихся:

— What is your name?

— How old are you?

— Where are you from?

— Do you live in a house or in a flat?

— Have you got a mother (a father, a sister, a brother, a grandmother)?

— What is your mother (father)?

— Where did you spend your summer holidays?

— Did you go abroad?

— Do you like Maths (Literature, Russian, Information Technology)?

— When do you usually get up? Etc.

IV. Актуализация знаний

— Look at the blackboard, please. What can you see there?

There are two columns of English words on the blackboard. Some letters of the words are missing. Fill them up, please.

— Now match the words and make up the word combinations. (Учащиеся по очереди выходят к доске и вставляют в слова пропущенные буквы.)

(Учитель предлагает ученикам прочитать диалог в парах сначала вполголоса, а затем громко и выразительно.)

— Now you will work in pairs and make up the dialogue about your summer holidays. You can see the plan of your dialogue on the blackboard. Don’t forget to greet your partner and to thank him for the talk.

(Учащиеся делятся на пары для составления диалога по теме «Летние каникулы». На его подготовку отводится пять минут. Дети могут пользоваться планом, заранее записанным на доске.)

— Now it’s time to act out the dialogues. You will go to the blackboard one by one. We shall listen to the dialogues of all the pupils and choose the best one. Listen to the dialogues carefully because you will help me to decide whose dialogue is the most interesting one. Try to role play the dialogues artistically.

(Учитель предлагает детям разыграть подготовленные диалоги перед классом и выбрать лучший. Ученики парами по очереди выходят к доске и представляют свои диалоги. В конце урока победители конкурса награждаются грамотами.)

Примерный диалог:

— Hello, Mike!

— Hello, Helen!

— I haven’t seen you for ages. Where did you go?

— I went to Great Britain, to London.

— Who did you go to London with?

— I went there with my parents.

— What interesting places did you visit?

— We visited Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park.

— What about the British people? Were they friendly?

— Yes, they were. They were very friendly and polite. I made friends with two girls there.

— What was the weather like? They say it often rains in Britain.

— The weather was sunny and warm. We spent a lot of time outdoors.

— I can see you liked your travel very much.

— You are right. Come and see me some day. I shall show you some pictures.

— Thank you very much. Goodbye, Helen!

— Goodbye, Mike!

— It’s time to say “Goodbye.” Let’s remember our poem.

Two little eyes to look around,

Two little ears to hear any sound,

Two little hands to hold hands tight,

Two little feet to walk left or right,

Two little lips to say BEWARE!

One little child to cross the roads with care.
